Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We offer free exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for another, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
